Do you ever see those vacation photos where the kids are so excited to visit the museum and they end up running ahead of the adults?

“Hey look at that!”
“Honey slow down!”

  1. Actually, I think McCain is signaling his snipers to take out whoever took this picture. The photographer is clearly in a restricted area, what with all the clear visibility of Palin at her top secret U.N. event, which I imagine as follows:

    [after a hearty handshake]
Kissinger: Nice to finally meet you, Governor. [they sit]
Palin: Hi. I had the pleasure of speaking with President Saakashvili last week.
Kissinger: Well, that’s terrific. Was he–
Palin: Are you from Russia, because it’s kinda like we’re neighbors with Russia up there in the great state of Alaska.
Kissinger: No, I was the Secretary of State under Nixon and Ford.
Palin: I told congress “Thanks but no thanks” to that bridge to nowhere.
    Kissinger: I think maybe —
Palin: We need to reform Washington. Maverick. Old Boys Network. [squints eyes and thrusts fist forward, serious tone] Hell bent on destroying us.
Kissinger: [Standing to leave] Thank you for your time.
Palin: [Being ushered out by staffers] 20 percent of the nation’s oil. Can’t second guess Israel. Put the jet on ebay…

  2. That’s funny… especially given the fact that I couldn’t help but read it in a thick Midwestern accent.
